PUPPY PARADE PAGE AND UPDATES
We don’t have any of the details yet other than to say on August 4, 2018Â (or a date to be decided) we will hold the 1st Annual Emma Lengquist Memorial Puppy Parade to benefit Inclusion Connections and PawsAbilities.
If you would like to help with this event and/or have ideas as to what we can do to make this a great event please leave a comment below and we will contact you. We currently have two volunteers who will lead this event for us and we are thankful for Debbie and Heather. We’ll introduce you to them later.
What We Are Thinking
Keep in mind this is all early and being developed so nothing is set in stone. I know Emma would have loved this!!! Details will follow. Here are our some thoughts…
- Downtown Olathe
- Noon time parade
- Both walker(s) and/or dog(s) in costumes
- Low cost entry and sponsorships to benefit Inclusion Connections
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place and Show Awards for both human(s) and dog(s)
- Prizes
- Food trucks
- Bounce Houses
- Vendors for dogs
- FUN FUN FUN is the goal for all participants

Cannot wait!! I have a friend that owns a ton of food trucks so I’ll talk to him about this event!

We would love to participate, but we will be in CO that same weekend. Aaron and I would love to help in anyway we can to help prepare.

I’m not sure how we can print them but I would be happy to setup a photo booth and use my camera to take puppy portraits. We could offer a free photo with a donation to IC??
